Project Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational workflows and procedures for enhanced efficiency
2. Track and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
3. Visit the schools or centers to ensure proper execution of the project or program and implement the SOP
4. Generate reports and presentations analyzing operational data to share insights with stakeholders
5. Optimize processes and thrive to achieve higher operational effectiveness and productivity
6. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to prevent escalation
7. Provide technical and logistical support to streamline operational processes
8. Collaborate with various departments to address cross-functional challenges
9. Manage and mentor entry-level operations staff, conducting performance reviews and implementing development plans
10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment for enhanced productivity and engagement
11. Maintain clear and open communication with team members and government stakeholders
12. Facilitate information flow and address concerns promptly to maintain operational efficiency
