About the job

A Project Associate is a key member of a project team, supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
2. Developing process plans designed for the proper execution of projects.
3. Managing project documents, reports, and meeting logistics.
4. Maintaining monthly forecasts and analytics for each project.
5. Aligning payment terms and streamlining the process for project closure.
6. Serving as a single point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring seamless information flow and collaboration between project teams and other departments.
7. Interacting and onboarding medical associations and top doctors (KOL) of all specialties.
8. Developing strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
9. Tracking and documenting project information, such as tasks, budgets, and expenditures.
10. Ensuring timely completion of tasks with quality checks.
11. Setting realistic deadlines and ensuring projects are completed on time.
12. Managing timelines for project deliverables.
13. Providing essential information to other team members, such as research teams and senior project managers.
14. Gathering, synthesizing, and organizing data to communicate it to clients, team members, and executives.

6. Strong networking, presentation, and analytical abilities.

7. Basic Knowledge about the core building and updating process of online CMEs, prints, and digital marketing.

8. Experience: 1 to 2 years in Project Coordination/Management (in the same type of Print or education company).

9. Location: Malad West.

10. Education: BSc or B. Pharma background preferred.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
