Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our success by overseeing the design draft team and technical team while taking charge of the end-to-end design process. You will be responsible for managing client interactions, understanding their briefs, and translating their vision into creative and technically feasible designs. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, creative flair and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization and Design:
Generate creative ideas and concepts for exhibition stands and displays.
Collaborate with designers to develop mood boards, sketches and visual concepts.
Ensure that designs align with the client's branding and marketing goals.
Translate creative concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Client Interaction And Brief Analysis
Engage with clients to understand their exhibition booth requirements.
Analyze and interpret client briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of their objectives and preferences.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather client feedback and requirements effectively
Project Management
Manage projects from the initial brief stage to final design approval.
Coordinate with production and operation teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Client Engagement
Present design concepts to clients and address their feedback and revisions.
Build strong client relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience in exhibition design.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
