Project Coordinator/ Manager Job

Job Summary: The CSR Project Coordinator at Audyogik Vyavsay Prashikshan Va Margdarshan Sanstha (AVPMS) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's participation in the Entrepreneurship Development Program for women and youth in Rural and Urban.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Develop CSR strategies aligned with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
2. Project Planning: Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders including employees, customers, NGOs, and governmental organizations to garner support and collaboration for CSR initiatives.
4. Partnership Building: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, charities, and NGOs to enhance the impact and reach of CSR projects.
5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and prepare regular reports on CSR activities, outcomes, and impact.
6. Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement programs to foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.
7. Community Relations: Manage relationships with local communities affected by CSR projects, ensuring transparency, communication, and mutual benefit.
8. Sustainability Integration: Integrate sustainability principles into CSR projects, aiming for long-term positive environmental, social, and economic impacts.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, sustainability, social sciences, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications from MSW could be advantageous.
2. Experience: Previous experience in project management, preferably in CSR, sustainability, or related fields. Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and community relations is highly desirable.
3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of CSR principles, sustainability concepts, and corporate ethics. Familiarity with relevant regulations, reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB), and industry best practices is important.
