Project Cost Controller- Kandala Gujarat Job

Key responsibility:
1. Track and control project budgets / estimates in SAP.
2. Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of project.
3. Prepare and track monthly billing for Modular projects w.r.t Progress.
4. Prepare and maintain CTC of the projects.
5. Preparing and measuring the project progress through Earned Value Management (EVM)
6. Analyse a cost report, detect issues, and effectively communicate the projects cost performance, issues/ concerns, & recovery plans to the project team
7. Perform weekly/periodic physical inventory reconciliations.
8. Should take active part in identifying and tracking the risks of projects.
9. Reporting Project commercial/ financial health calculation with project management team and management.

Technical Competencies :
10. Hands on experience with software tools - Primavera, SAP, Advanced Excel (Mandatory)
11. Hands on experience of project tracking by Earned value system.
12. Should be acquainted with project coordination / dealing with clients / vendors and should be well conversant with construction activities like civil / Mechanical / Electrical, insulation and instrumentation installation etc.

Time Management skills, Analytical skills, Team Player, Knowledge of other engineering disciplines, Effective communication within team and with stakeholders (Written and Oral).
