Project Management Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
2. Overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, costing, organizing, and supervising staff
3. Coordinating with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project
4. Managing the budget and making adjustments as needed to stay within limits
5. Working closely with stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the course of the project
6. Managing team members to ensure that they are working effectively toward the project s goals
7. Reviewing project documents such as orders, scope statements, schedules, and budgets for accuracy
8. Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
9. Develop a detailed project plan based on client requirements and objectives
10. Identifying gaps in the projects and bringing tools/processes for project efficiency improvements
