Project Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the production of the required deliverables
2. Planning and monitoring the project
3. Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
4. Preparing and maintaining project, stage, and exception plans as required
5. Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
6. Liaisoning with program management (if the project is part of a program) and Related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
7. Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
8. Applying change control and configuration management processes
9. Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
10. Managing project administration
11. Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
12. Preparing any follow-on action recommendations

Requirement: BBA or computer science graduate preferred.
