We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project manager capable of overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, encompassing idea generation, website conceptualization, proposal development, relationship building, business development planning, and meticulous project planning. This role demands autonomy and the ability to independently manage projects, ensuring their successful execution within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.
Key responsibilities:
1. Idea generation and conceptualization: Generate innovative ideas for projects, products, or services in alignment with organizational goals. Develop comprehensive plans for website development, ensuring they reflect the project's objectives and target audience
2. Proposal development: Craft detailed proposals outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and budget estimates. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine proposals and ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations
3. Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members. Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
4. Business development planning: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones
5. Project planning and execution: Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
