Project Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with various departments and bring them on a single platform
2. Develop event communication plans that are effective in delivering event key messages.
3. Run shows and manage the same.
4. Develop project budgets for approval by different stakeholders.
5. Develop project plans to execute events.
6. Develop recommendations for project plans including risk management Plans.
7. Recommend measures to improve event management and outcomes.
8. Creativity in crafting internal and external events
9. Demonstrated understanding of attendees' needs
10. Willingness to delegate tasks and organize a team
11. Ability to communicate and negotiate with external vendors and service providers
12. Familiarity with event trends and developments
