Project Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Determining and defining the project's scope and objectives.
2. Predicting resources required to reach the objectives and managing the resources in an effective and efficient manner
3. Preparing a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
4. Tracking project costs to meet the budget.
5. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
6. Coordinating internal and third-party resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
7. Providing project updates consistently to various stakeholders about the ongoing strategy, adjustments, and progress.
8. Managing contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating the expected deliverables.
9. Managing good relationships with the client and relevant stakeholders.
10. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
11. Attending conferences and training sessions as required to maintain proficiency.
12. Performing other related duties as assigned.
13. Utilizing the industry's best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution.
14. Monitoring progress and adjust objectives as needed.
15. Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
16. Demonstrating a willingness to travel as necessary to oversee project implementation at various locations.
17. Coordinating closely with vendors, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
