Job Description
Project Manager- Non-farm livelihood and skilling
Design and develop an implementation plan for sustainable enhancement of non-farm livelihoods in urban and rural India
Identify the existing best practices across different states and come up with scaling-up strategy on various models for livelihood promotion
Identify existing gaps and challenges for the youth towards employability
Liaison and establish linkages with multiple stakeholders with the objective of financial inclusion, capacity building, market reach and overall income enhancement
Responsibility of overall project management of various initiatives under the skilling and livelihood

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5-10 Years of experience in the development sector
Demonstrated experience of working on livelihood promotion, enterprise development and skill development
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and in a multi-cultural environment
Minimum of 4 years of college education in relevant fields such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work, Management. Candidates with educational background in other disciplines may be considered based on relevant experience.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Standard office ICT skills
