We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 'Project Manager' to join our team. The Project Manager will play a key role in leading and managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with customers to develop project plans aimed at delivering custom features and functionality on time, while effectively managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Partner with functional leaders to assess current team capacity for projects, providing accurate estimates to customers and effectively managing a portfolio of assigned merchants.
3. Utilize effective project management skills to delegate tasks to project team members and conduct regular check-ins to ensure adherence to timelines.
4. Cultivate strong networking relationships with managers across the organization to ensure project teams deliver high-quality deliverables.
5. Manage multiple projects in a dynamic work environment, engaging with various internal stakeholders and effectively managing a portfolio of assigned merchants.
6. Develop comprehensive project plans, oversee project schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact features.
7. Identify opportunities for system and process improvements that directly enhance the customer experience.

Qualification & experience:
1. Overall experience of 1-2+ years in project management, preferably in a SaaS-based company.
2. Any graduate or post-graduate with a basic understanding of technology.
3. Background in business/productivity software company would be advantageous.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
