Property Consultant Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate clients
2. Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers
3. Provide consultation and advice to clients on real estate transactions, including lease agreements, sales, and acquisitions
4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on the benefits of buying or selling properties
