Property Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on being the relationship manager for the homeowner managing the communication as well as ensuring that a good healthy relationship is maintained through prompt and efficient delivery of service
2. Maintain proper records for everything related to the apartment including expense bills, reports, utility bills, important correspondence, etc.
3. Work on being the point of contact for tenants of every property ensuring that they have a pleasant stay in a 'Simplease Managed Home'
4. Maintain the 'Digital Vault' which is the digital store for everything related to the apartment on a real-time basis so that everything is available at a click of a button
5. Manage the end-to-end sales life-cycle for our complete product and services
6. Maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, and work closely with the supply team and operations department
7. Generate quotations as per client requirements after a deep understanding of the project's needs
8. Coordinate with various teams like operations, documentation, and marketing to ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely manner to the satisfaction of all parties involved
9. Oversee the activity of contractors and suppliers
10. Monitor contracts for compliance and control costs; monitor general expenditures of units; perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards
11. Conduct frequent audits of the apartments to ensure that they are maintained in a good condition
12. Work on the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports internally/to clients as per the prescribed format
