About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements and objectives to develop customized IoT solution proposals.
2. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine the viability of the proposed IoT solutions.
4. Develop detailed project scopes, including timelines, resource requirements, and cost estimates.
5. Create compelling proposal documents, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of proposed IoT solutions.
6. Present proposals to clients, addressing technical inquiries and providing clarification as needed.
7. Continuously update knowledge of IoT technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure proposals are innovative and competitive.
8. Assist in the development and refinement of standardized proposal templates, processes, and tools.
9. Support sales efforts by participating in client meetings, demonstrations, and other activities as required.
10. Collaborate with marketing teams to create content for case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral highlighting successful IoT implementations.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor/masters in engineering, computer science, or related field.

2. Proven experience in proposal engineering, preferably in the IoT industry.

3. Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, connectivity protocols, data analytics, and cloud platforms.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

7. Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office suite, as well as specialized proposal development tools.

8. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

10. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
