Key responsibilities:

1. Assessing patients and identifying their problems
2. Engaging in discussion with patients and making them feel comfortable
3. Implementing individualized treatment programs
4. Evaluating patient responses to treatment over time
5. Organizing a long-term counseling plan that involves multiple visits
6. Offering services to all age groups
7. Keeping a detailed account of patient mental health history
8. Being patient and building relationships based on trust
9. Working on follow-ups and new case history taking in the OPD
10. Undertaking psychometric testing
