Public Relationship Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Investor Engagement & Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with investors and ensure seamless communication.
2. Event Coordination - Manage and coordinate company events, webinars, and knowledge sessions.
3. Client Engagement - Greet investors personally on birthdays, anniversaries, and other special milestones.
4. Regular Communication - Provide investors with financial updates, company activities, and engagement initiatives.
5. Investor Profile Management - Maintain and update investor data in software and CRM systems.
6. Brand Representation - Represent The Financial Mall at exhibitions, financial summits, and corporate networking events.
7. Feedback & Documentation - Document key takeaways from events for continuous improvement.
8. Professional Image Maintenance - Ensure high-quality communication and client interaction.
9. Marketing Collaboration - Work with marketing teams to align PR activities with branding campaigns.

The work week is of 6 days a week from office.
