We are seeking a detail-oriented purchasing assistant to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Order supplies and equipment in accordance with our company s needs
2. Research new vendors, track deliveries, and maintain accurate order records, including dates, invoices, and discounts
3. Make cost-effective purchases while ensuring our inventory remains well-stocked
4. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
5. Research potential vendors
6. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
7. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
8. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
9. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
10. Prepare cost analyses
11. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
12. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Requirements:
1. Familiarity with supply chain procedures and the ability to create and interpret cost analyses are important for this role.
2. Should be proficient with Excel.
3. Applicant must have a locality in Jaipur or near Jaipur in Rajasthan (applicants with locality outside Jaipur not accepted until they can arrange their own long-term living in Jaipur)
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,80,000 /year
