Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Purchase Assistant to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will assist in purchase management, vendor management, and documentation, while ensuring material quality and handling purchase and work orders.
Experience : 1 year to 3 year
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in purchase and vendor management.
Proficiency in handling purchase orders and work orders.
Strong documentation skills including maintaining accurate purchase records.
Ability to perform material quality checks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of procurement software and tools is a plus.
Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the procurement of materials and services required by the company.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
Prepare and process purchase orders and work orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain proper documentation for all purchases and ensure records are up to date.
Conduct material quality checks to ensure they meet the required specifications.
Coordinate with different departments to understand procurement needs and requirements.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Resolve any issues related to invoices, payments, or discrepancies with vendors.
Earn certifications in these skills
