Purchase Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from both local and oversea vendors
2. Evaluating vendor's quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
3. Analyzing factory requirements and sourcing material as per specific needs
4. Advising internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions
5. Working on daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up
6. Working on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules
7. Resolving supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors
8. Assisting in ISO annual performance review for vendors
9. Evaluating supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices, and ensuring all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
10. Implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements
11. Coordinating with factory and internal teams for their requirement and technical specifications
12. Ensuring smooth flow of the supply chain
13. Planning and budgeting for timely and cost-effective deliveries

Skills & Requirements:
