Trident Dispatch is seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchase of goods and services.

Qualifications and Skills

Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of purchase management principles and practices
Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy of pricing and specifications
Review and analyze supplier performance to optimize supplier base
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support with purchasing needs
Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels
Handle cash management related to purchasing activities
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities
