Purchase Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

I. Vendor management:

1. Vendor onboarding & documentation coordination.
2. New product listing coordination for contents & images.
3. Build & maintain strong relation with Vendor for ensuring timely delivery of stocks.
4. Sales campaigns calendar & planning the sales accordingly with the brands.
5. Performing all the payments & debit/credit note reconciliation.
6. Timely releasing the purchase orders.

II. Product sourcing:

1. Scraping product details from marketplaces.
2. Market research to find the emerging trends & competitive products.
3. Gathering product recommendations from multiple places.
4. Finding alternatives for out-of-stock & discontinued products to maintain the sales loss.

III. Scrum management:

1. Maintaining daily & monthly sales reports.
2. Inventory & OTB reports.
3. Margins & daily discount reports.
4. Overstock & understocking reports.
5. New product recommendation reports
6. Miscellaneous daily routine reports.
