Cheran Groups is seeking a skilled Purchase Executive/Officer for our Coimbatore location.
Position: Purchase Officer
Experience: 4+ years in Manufacturing Industry / Civil Construction
Package: Up to 6 LPA
Location: Coimbatore

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify potential suppliers, comparing prices, delivery times, and quality of goods and services.
Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
Resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries promptly.
Monitor stock levels and initiate orders as needed.
Ensure timely payment of invoices.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide regular updates to management on purchase progress.

Qualification and Experience:
Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or any postgraduate.
Proven experience as a Purchase Executive / Officer in the Manufacturing Industry or related industy.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Immediate joiner preferred.
