Job Description
1. Identify and evaluate suppliers, skill to negotiate and manage vendors.
2. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
3. Monitor supplier by conducting periodic evaluations to ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards which includes ethical sourcing practices.
4. Oversee & Manage inventory Levels to minimize shortage risk / over carrying costs.
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve supply chain efficiency.
6. Maintain a professional environment by taking / providing professional guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and Tally Software.
8. Own conveyance is a Must.
Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments
Maintain a database of approved suppliers
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Negotiate lower pricing
Search and source potential suppliers and vendors
Track, measure and analyze company expenditure
