Job Summary:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services required for pharmaceutical production. This role ensures timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:Source and evaluate suppliers.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.Place purchase orders and track delivery schedules.
Inventory Control:Monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production.Manage reordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Vendor Relations:Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier agreements.
