As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
2. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality
3. Identify, report, and track software defects to resolution
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
5. Document testing procedures and results for future reference
6. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes
7. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements
8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization
9. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience in quality analyst roles
3. Strong analytical and communication skills
4. Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies
