1. Inspect raw materials, finished goods and packaging; perform quality checks (pH, Brix, sensory, visual, temperature) and maintain detailed records.
2. Monitor fruit pulp and dry fruit quality (pH, Brix, sensory, visual, temperature, bulk density) and document results.
3. Ensure compliance with CCP, OPRP, GMP, GHP and manage FIFO/FEFO practices for materials.
4. Address processing deviations with maintenance and facility teams and manage infrastructural issues.
5. Coordinate with NABL labs and external labs for sample testing and report follow-ups.
6. Manage GRN, IHP documentation in ERP, develop and implement SOPs and verify FSSAI and FSSC compliance.
7. Support internal and external audits and assist with FSSAI and FSSC 22000 audit processes.
