We at 247Digitize is seeking candidates with hands-on work experience in quality management tools.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle queries from vendors and in-house
2. Scrutinize the files at all angles and shape the file to an effective final product
3. Update time sheets and productivity reports on his/her own
4. Generate effective and valid error reports and escalate issues to the appropriate teams
5. Push back the files to rework in case of poor quality
6. Perform any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
7. Stick to the processes and protocols defined where possible and escalate or provide solutions for new scenarios (example: new benchmarks, new processes, new software, new technology, other scope projects, etc.)
Key skills:
1. The candidate must be good at problem-finding and fixing.
2. The candidate should be good at understanding client communication, preparing notes, and raising appropriate queries.
3. The candidate should be able to prepare and provide reports as directed by the manager.
4. The candidate should be responsible for doing a thorough QA on the allocated batches in a day.
5. The candidate should have basic, intermediate, or advanced multi-tasking skills.
6. The candidate should have a good rapport with peers.
7. The candidate should focus on on-time deliveries.
8. Oral and written communication should be good to take care of client calls and provide appropriate documentation.
9. The candidate should have the ability to create queries, checklists, cheat sheets, decision logs, sample files, etc.
Experience & additional skills:
1. The candidate must have hands-on experience with MS Office tools.
2. It is preferable to have an understanding of quality tools and methods (e.g., Six Sigma).
