Quality Control Assistant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Inspection of raw materials and packaging materials
2. Inspection of product at all the required stages in the production process
3. Ensuring adequate control of non-conforming products
4. Authorize despatch of finished product to the customer
5. Investigation of customer complaints regarding product quality
6. Appropriate storage of samples of raw materials and finished products for the required period
7. Monitoring of all QC processes
8. Analysis of data relating to products using suitable statistical techniques
9. Ensuring calibration of monitoring & measuring equipment in the laboratory
10. Ensuring the achievement of quality objectives
11. Initiating and monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
