8. Collaboration: Work with engineers, designers, and production staff to develop and implement new quality control procedures and testing protocols.
9. Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quality control requirements and help resolve any quality issues that arise throughout the supply chain.
10. Training: Train new employees on quality control procedures and expectations to ensure consistency in product quality.
