Haystax Ventures LLP is launching a South Indian QSR with a standardized and concise menu, set for expansion to multiple countries, including Dubai, the Middle East, Thailand, and Australia. We are seeking a dedicated Recipe Standardization & Quality Control Specialist to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality food production across all locations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Recipe Documentation: Accurately record ingredients, portion sizes, preparation methods, and cooking procedures.
2. Standardization Process: Work closely with chefs to finalize recipes, ensuring uniform taste and quality.
3. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain food quality, consistency, and safety standards.
4. Batch Testing: Conduct trials and log fermentation, cooking, and sensory evaluations.
5. SOP Development: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen processes.
6. Ingredient Sourcing & Yield Management: Assist in selecting the best quality ingredients while optimizing costs.
7. Training Support: Assist in training kitchen staff to maintain standardized recipes across locations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Culinary background (Hotel Management, Food Science, or relevant field preferred)
2+ years of experience in food standardization, QSR kitchens, or R&D kitchens
Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine & food production techniques
Experience in recipe documentation and quality control procedures
Ability to work closely with chefs, vendors, and kitchen teams
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset
