Title: Quality Controller
Client :: Daramic
Location :: Dahej,Bharuh,Gujarat
Salary :: 20,000 to 30,000


Safety
Follow the safety and quality instructions while executing day-to-day shift Laboratory testing activities.

Quality
- Testing and inspection of raw material, finished product, packaging material and process samples.
- Result recording of the tested samples into ERP/SAP system.
- Chemical solution preparations.
- Experience of lab testing equipment in lab..
- Report any deviation / abnormalities to production supervisor in timely manner.
- Knowledge about 5S/Kaizen.
- Responsible for waste / rejection / safe storage as per defined procedures.

Expectations

- Operational knowledge of handing all laboratory equipment.
- Thorough understanding of laboratory test method and specifications
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001/ 14001/ OHSAS management system
- 5S of laboratory
- Good Interpersonal Skills / Communication skills

Accountability
- Accountable for the released testing results.
- Accountable for the results entered into the ERP systems.
- Safety and 5S at lab area

Mentor and Teacher - Can train others functional work activities & share best practices.
Transition Ready to shift in any Daramic organization

Communications - Effective communication of work update in timely manner

Administration - Responsible for maintaining excellent 5S /housekeeping standards in respective work area.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) / Diploma in Plastics /ITI with 2 year of experience

Professional experience: 2-3 Years

Languages: Local language + Hindi + English

Know-how: chemical / plastic / Textile / Paper Industries
