Quality Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all products meet established food safety and quality standards throughout the production process
2. Stay up-to-date with food safety regulations and guidelines (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.) and ensure compliance across all production lines
3. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation related to food safety, including quality checklists, production logs, test results, and other relevant records
4. Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and suggest measures to enhance food quality and safety
5. Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure raw materials meet the company's quality standards
6. Conduct internal audits of food safety protocols and support external audits
7. Provide training to the production team on food safety practices, hygiene standards, and proper documentation to ensure consistency in product quality
