Role of Jobs-
Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer requirements.

Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Strong understanding of TPM principles (Total Productive Maintenance) and Spares Management practices.

Proficiency in Production Supervising, Production Support, Shift Planning.
