Job Overview
We are seeking a Quick Commerce Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for individuals with 4 to 6 years of experience. The role involves managing order processes, coordinating logistics, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless commerce experience.

Qualifications and Skills
Order Management (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in managing and processing orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
Logistics Coordination (Mandatory skill) - Ability to organize and manage logistics for smooth delivery operations.
Communication Skills (Mandatory skill) - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities essential for customer interactions and team collaboration.
Customer Service - Proven ability to deliver high-quality service and address customer queries effectively.
Inventory Management - Experience in overseeing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and accuracy.
Data Analysis - Competence in analyzing sales data to identify trends and optimize commerce strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the complete order lifecycle, from processing to fulfillment, ensuring timely deliveries.

Maintain inventory levels, updating stock records and liaising with suppliers for replenishments.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through effective communication and problem-solving.
Analyze commerce data to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and operational efficiency to management.
