Key responsibilities:
1. Work on both front-end and back-end development processes
2. Assist with designing, developing, and maintaining fully-fledged and functioning platforms with databases or servers (these servers do not need other third-party applications to build an entire system from scratch)
3. Design, code, and test technical solutions while seeking optimal performance and structuring
4. Help establish responsible deadlines and personnel work plans and manage time effectively
5. Collaborate with project managers to build project plans and estimations
6. Work to propose ideas for the improvement of the applications, procedures, and technologies used
7. Follow and enhance existing development processes
8. Be involved in core projects for the company proactively in organizing own time within project and task requirements
