The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecalling, market research, onsite research, client handling, and online web listing, with specific experience in the Noida real estate market. This role requires a proactive approach to property sales, client management, and market analysis.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct telecalling activities to generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients
2. Perform comprehensive market and onsite research to stay informed of the latest trends, prices, and available properties in the Noida real estate market
3. Manage and update property listings on online web platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness of the listings
4. Provide exceptional client service, addressing queries, providing regular updates, and ensuring a smooth buying or selling process
5. Utilize knowledge of the Noida real estate market to advise clients accurately and effectively
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in real estate, specifically within the Noida market
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills
4. Proficiency in managing online listings and familiarity with digital marketing strategies
