Real Estate Sales Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively and negotiate with clients
2. Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
3. Promote the sales of properties through various activities
4. Generate sales within the assigned territory
5. Schedule and conduct sales meetings
6. Liaise between customers and the company for updates on services, pricing, and new product releases
7. Establish, maintain, and expand your customer base
8. Increase business opportunities through different routes to market
9. Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up to meet their requirements

Requirements:

1. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
2. Ability to understand and present contracts
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business
4. Strong work ethic and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
6. Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
7. Own vehicle is a must
