Key responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors, clients, and employees
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and messages
3. Handle mail, packages, and courier services
4. Maintain reception area and conference rooms
5. Provide administrative support to teams
6. Manage files, documents, and databases
7. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
8. Coordinate travel arrangements
9. Perform data entry and other clerical tasks
