Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our company
2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
3. Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment
4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring that all necessary resources and equipment are prepared and ready for use
5. Maintain and update client records and databases accurately and confidentially, ensuring that all information is current and easily accessible for reference
6. Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, ensuring that all client requests are handled promptly and effectively
7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, effectively conveying client needs and preferences to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
