Receptionist/Front Office Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests during arrival and giving a fond farewell to guest while leaving
2. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
3. Handling table reservation done by guests and allocate suitable tables
4. Co-ordinate housekeeping for cleaning of the lobby and entrance
5. Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes

Requirements:

1. Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
2. Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
3. Must be guest service focused and a team player
4. Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential
5. Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends and holidays
6. Professional in demeanour and presentation
7. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
8. Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries
9. Handle guest reservations and allocate tables
10. Good guest interaction skills
11. Good listening skills
12. Sound decision making
13. Good interpersonal and communication skills
14. Strict staff grooming and hygiene standards

17. Education: Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
