1. Greet clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
3. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - maintain accurate records, files, and databases
4. Provide administrative support to the team, such as preparing documents, reports, and presentations
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and other correspondence
6. Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
7. Manage the reception area to be tidy, organized, and welcoming
8. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
9. Perform other administrative tasks as required
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
