About the job

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

a. Front Desk Management:
1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
2. Manage the front desk by answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
3. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
b. Administrative support
1. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
2. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
3. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
4. Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
c. Customer service
1. Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding the organization, including location, services, and contact information.
2. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
d. Security and access control
1. Monitor visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
2. Ensure compliance with security protocols, including managing access to the building and reporting suspicious activity.
e. Communication
1. Communicate effectively with internal staff and management regarding visitor arrivals, deliveries, and other important matters.
2. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

Education:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Additional certification in Office Management, Administrative Assistance, or related fields is a plus.

Experience:

1. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.

2. Experience with office management systems and procedures.

Other requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

4. Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and telephones.

5. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,64,000 /year
