Receptionist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
3. Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff, optimizing time and resources
4. Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries; organize outgoing mail and coordinate courier services as needed
5. Maintain a log of visitors, ensuring compliance with security and safety protocols
6. Monitor and order office supplies, keeping the front desk and office areas stocked and organized
7. Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
8. Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and equipped for scheduled meetings, including arranging refreshments if necessary
9. Assist with inquiries from clients and visitors, offering help and guidance as needed
