Job Title : Front Office Receptionist

Job Overview:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Qualification : Any Graduate with system knowledge

Experience : 1-3 yrs work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office.

Good written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arises
Excellent organizational skills
Customer service orientation

Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events
Assist and support HR & Admin activities as needed.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
