Job Overview

We are hiring a Receptionist to join our team at Oceanmtech. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. If you have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and previous experience as a Receptionist, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and polished self-presentation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
1-3 years of previous experience as a Receptionist or similar role
Proficient in data entry and office administration tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment

Roles and Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls when necessary
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Maintain the office calendar and coordinate travel arrangements
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Provide general administrative support to the team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Earn certifications in these skills
