Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Receptionist for our retail operations located in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position that requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be essential in maintaining the front desk and managing customer interactions efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills
Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Customer service (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
Computer skills (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in basic computer applications and software used for front desk operations.
Organizational skills: Ability to keep the workspace organized and manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Multi-tasking: Skill in handling multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus or efficiency.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in managing customer information, appointments, and other related tasks.
Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Time management: Effective time management skills to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they enter the retail location.
Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate department.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a calm and professional manner.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant information.
Schedule and confirm appointments for services offered at the retail location.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of the retail front desk.
