As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations and supporting various departments. Key responsibilities:
1. Create and manage documents, reports, and presentations using MS-Word, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
2. Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy access and retrieval of important documents
3. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring seamless execution
4. Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate individuals, taking messages when necessary
5. Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as ordering and maintaining office supplies
6. Support HR with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documents and conducting orientation sessions for new hires
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, prioritize tasks, and support the successful execution of various projects
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS-Word with a keen eye for detail and exceptional formatting skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Our main focus is in Software Dev, Head Office is located in Mumbai, and we have more than 20 active working staff & 15+ field sales person & 20+ digital marketing executives, we deal with IT Services such as Website maintenance, Front-end Dev, Back-end Dev, SAP & many more & also deals with digital marketing such as increasing reach, SEO, Adsense and many more.
