We are currently seeking a detail-oriented 'Reconciliation Executive' to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Excellent communication both verbal and written.
2. Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, including timely invoicing and collections.
3. Perform daily reconciliation of payments received with invoices issued.
4. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
5. Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely resolution.
6. Prepare aging reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
8. Maintain accurate records of transactions and update customer accounts as needed.
9. Utilize Excel and other financial software to analyze data and prepare reports.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience (1 to 2 Years) in accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial software.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
