Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Writing recruiting emails for passive candidates
2. Reviewing application forms and resumes
3. Taking interviews via video and phone
4. Recommending new policies and practices to improve the attractiveness of the organization
5. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager
6. Responding to questions about compensation and benefits
7. Working with managers to determine future hiring requirements
8. Acting as a consultant to new hires

Requirements:

1. Good end-to-end recruitment process experience
2. Should have worked in high-quality hiring for MNC clients
3. Prefer to have experience in IT or BFSI domain sector
4. Capable of working with minimum supervision
5. Able to grasp quickly & deliver numbers
6. Good communication & presentation skills
7. Basic computer proficiency is a must for this role
8. Solid verbal and written communication skills
9. Should have sound judgment power
10. Recruiting and interviewing skills
11. At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a relevant industry
12. Bachelor s degree in human resources management or a relevant field
13. Experience with sourcing technique
14. Experience: 1+ year in recruitment
